I was brought in to Piazza early on in the company by CEO Pooja Nath. I acted as both a UI/UX design lead and taught the team how to integrate design oriented thinking into their daily work to make a better product.
Earlier last year I came back to help redesign the on-boarding experience for new students. We sought to make the process more intuitive while also removing as many of the existing steps as possible.
